Are you thinking of becoming a scrum master? Would you like to increase your chances of succeeding by trying our achievable process? Sessions start on the first of each month.
Package includes training and coaching for one month, scrum master certificate from an internationally recognized company, invitation to join WhatsApp group for peer support, and invitation to join Facebook group for access to success tips.
Scrum masters monitor project team progress and coordinate the development of products according to the scrum framework (incrementally and iteratively). They coach team members to be motivated to use their skills in the process of achieving project goals. They also function as advocates for their teams, to ensure that the workloads, work conditions and environments are healthy for their team members.
