Eunice is a passionate Scrum Master with over 5 years experience in facilitating product delivery using agile practices. She has great knowledge of various agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban Principles, SAFe, Lean waterfall, Project coordination, Risk Analyses and SDLC and strong interest in high performing teams. She uses agile project tool for project tracking like Jira, Rally, and Azure DevOps. Also, she developed high-level strategy capacity building and training sessions to facilitate team performance and business value delivery ability. Eunice has excellent oral and written communication skills, decision making, interpersonal and analytical skills.
